The DAD5005D is a 1-channel Class D amplifier that blasts 500 watts at 2 ohms stable. Digital Audio designed these amps to run more efficiently, requiring smaller heat sinks and making the entire component more compact. Being small in size, consumers can install the DAD5005D in cramped installation environments without having to sacrifice power.
Next up in Digital Audio’s arsenal of 2 ohm Class D amps is the DAD8005D, pumping 800 watts and the DAD10005D, rated at delivering 1000 watts of power.
